Problem

Many men experience mental health problems such as stress, anxiety, and loneliness. At the same time, they want both physical activity and social connection, but often feel that they do not have enough time or energy for both. This can lead to isolation, low motivation, and reduced well-being.
Solution

‍
Huddle is a digital platform that combines physical activity and social community for men who experience stress, anxiety, depression or loneliness. The app makes it easy to find other men to exercise or move with, instead of having to choose between socializing and exercise.

By connecting to a physical product, Huddle measures stress levels, heart rate and movement. The user can see their own data in real time and follow their development over time. The information is used not only for self-insight, but also to create conversations and joint activities.
The Meaning Behind Huddle

The name Huddle comes from the sports term describing the
moment when a team gathers in a circle with their arms around each other’s shoulders to motivate and support one another before a game. I believe this perfectly reflects the purpose of the product — creating a sense of unity, encouragement, and collective strength.

The logo was also designed to visually reflect this idea, symbolizing connection, teamwork, and people coming together around a shared goal.
